portal for checking your status.

Step 2: Select Your Document Type

You must verify your identity using a valid travel or immigration document. Select the

document you currently hold from the list:

• Passport (Most common for visa holders)

• ImmiCard

• DFTTA (Document for Travel to Australia)

• PLO56 (M56)

• Titre de Voyage

Step 3: Enter Your Reference Details

The system requires a specific reference number to locate your visa record. You can use any

• Transaction Reference Number (TRN)

• Visa Grant Number

• Visa Evidence Number

Once the reference type is selected, enter the remaining identification details:

• Date of Birth: Format as DD/MM/YYYY.

• Document Number: Enter the number of the passport or ImmiCard selected in Step 2.
