The Knowbal Visa Application Process
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. You can begin preparing your evidence and documents; however, EA will not finalise your assessment without official proof of completion. If your university delays issuing the letter, we help you structure your supporting documents so your application isn’t held up unnecessarily.
If your qualification is not recognised under the Washington, Sydney, or Dublin Accord for your graduation year, EA will require you to submit a CDR. Many students incorrectly assume their program is accredited — we help verify your qualification properly before you commit to the CDR process.
EA may refer or refuse your assessment if engineering tasks are inconsistent with your nominated occupation. We guide you in selecting the correct ANZSCO code and aligning your Career Episodes with EA’s competency standards to avoid mismatches.
Yes. Being on a BVA or BVB doesn’t affect your skills assessment outcome. The key issue is timing — especially if your skilled visa EOI or state nomination requires a completed EA assessment. We help plan your timeline to avoid last-minute pressure.
You can still proceed. EA accepts alternative evidence like statutory declarations, project records, or supervisor statements. We help you compile compliant documents that meet EA’s verification standards so your experience is not disadvantaged.
EA uses advanced plagiarism detection (including Turnitin), and AI-generated writing is often flagged because it lacks engineering depth. We ensure your CDR is authentic, experience-based, and fully compliant with EA’s competency framework.
Yes — even small inconsistencies (middle names, spelling variations, initials) can cause verification issues. We help prepare correct supporting documents such as name change certificates or statutory declarations to avoid delays.
