Nilesh Chaudhary is the Founder and Principal Registered Migration Agent at Knowbal Migration & Education. Today, much of his role is focused on the direction of the business, building the migration team and mentoring other migration agents. He still likes getting involved when a matter is particularly challenging or could benefit from a different point of view, with migration reviews being an area he is especially interested in. When working with clients, Nilesh believes complicated migration issues should be explained in a way that makes sense to the individual rather than relying on technical language.

Nilesh describes himself as a “student of technology” and spends plenty of time reading about new technology and trying tools that he finds genuinely useful. He also enjoys books, regular workouts and a good movie. Family time is important to him, although he prefers the idea of “work-life harmony” over trying to divide work and personal life into fixed days or hours. For him, being fully present matters more than whether that happens on a weekday or weekend.
